Blinking Box On Turbo.

Why do I have a flashing black box that keeps blinking on my turbo at the top left of my screen.

It could be an indicator from your internet service provider that you are connected. My ISP, Earthlink, had one. I just right clicked on it then clicked properties then turned it off.
