Block Heater Power Cord

I bought one from the Navistar dealer,[international] for around $18. Any large truck shop will have the cord. They are usually a couple feet longer but a cummins block cord is a cummins block cord.

Yea I just got one from the dealer on Friday. Cost me $33 and that was with a discount. MARP was $39. 95. Anyway I still have to put it in. Thanks for all yoru helps guys!

Dumb question... . My window sticker says I have a block heater. Where do I find the cord?? My powerstroke had it sticking to the grill. I have looked and dont see one on the Dodge? Did the dealer remove it and sell it to someone else?? I think it was a $10 option. Just wondering

You have the heater but no cord most likely. Youll have to go buy one. Unless it is ordered with the cord. Also not a bad idea to snug up the block heater a little. There was a thread a few months ago about the heaters being not much more than hand tight in the block. I can't remember what size of wrench it uses. something around an 1-1/8????. Go to a local truck dealer[heavy truck] and pick up a cord.
