blower motor/fan noise

Has anyone else had probs with theirs? My fan was making enough noise I could hear it over the motor and stereo one cool morning when I took it to the dealer about a month ago. It stopped the noise after about two minutes. Yesterday I got in the truck--started it and again the blower fan sounded like it was goin to come apart. A quick rev of the motor and it stopped. ????????????

On my 98 I had some "stuff" get sucked in from the outside (pinestraw and a leaf). Made a lot of scrubbing noise. If I remember right, there's only three screws that hold the fan in. All are accessible from the passenger floor. About a five minute job to remove and check for debris and replace.

DRT, I had the same problem and my dealer ripped my motor out and some how a leaf got stuck inside. They had to replace my motor.
