Hi everyone, Im hoping someone can help with this issue. 92 d250, blew a fusible link for the blower motor/ power window circuit. I have researched this issue and found alot about the ignition switch being the culprit. I have bypassed the ignition switch to see if it helped but keeps blowing the fuse. Wires are not melted, i checked the pnk/blk wire from the battery(fusible link), the blk/red wire from ignition switch to interior fuse panel and i dont see anything wrong. The interior fuse never blows. When i bypassed the ignition switch i added a circuit breaker under the column for testing and it keeps randomly blowing. I cant figure this problem out. Any suggestions?

Thank you, led me to the right area! Followed wires and took the door panel off. Found the power wire sitting against the gears for the window regulator which had worn through the insulation causing it to short out. I fixed it and has been fine for testing but time will tell. Thank you.
