Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Blowing Blue smoke and won't get over 25mph

I just changed a vp44 3 weeks ago 3. 5 hours and about 1/2 hour of that was going 50feet for tools..... not to big of a job if you have the tool..... Just watch that woodriff key...
