Blowing White and Black Smoke?

Hey all, been playing with my new toy, 2003 3500 SO with BDDL and a Quadzilla 100 HP Module. I have been trying to figure out why my boost is so low (it peaks at 15 psi) and EGT's seem low as well (peak at about 1250 with both programmers on high) truck seems to run well but i really think it should be running harder. Today when cruising it around with both chips on high, when i take off from a stop, under heavy throttle it puffs a little bit of white smoke with the usual black smoke. I also think that it probably isn't putting out as much black smoke as it should be ( power pup on extreme and quadzilla on 100hp) it lets out about a 5 foot plume of smoke and then cleans up.



I am suspecting that it isn't getting enough fuel (because of the low boost, low egt and low smoke) which would lead me to believe that I have a bad lift pump. What do you guys think and why am I blowing white smoke???
