Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Blown Head Gasket

Well, looks like I had a bad head gasket. It was leaking oil only and no cross contamination of oil and coolant. Pablo hasn't seen a head gasket go in this manner and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. The oil was coming from under the gasket from the front of the block.

That is the same place mine is leaking but I have not had time to pull it apart to check what the problem is. T. J.

It managed to find it's way from one of the oil passages to the firering and around to the front of the block where it came out. My leak was fast enough that it would probably loose all the oil in about 50 miles.
