The FMS must be used with an external timing box to get the HP. According to Fuller's post the FMS made w/in 12hp without a timing box. the timing box from Blue Chip is worth 50-60hp then add the HP gained from the FMS. And yes they are addative. I asked that specifically last weekend.

I ended up loosing some power to the injectors with the comp. They were too big for the way the comp fuels.
the FMS seems to run them much better. I was unable to run on 5/5 for more than short bursts because it caused a miss. the FMS does not have this problem and gained me 6# of boost.

The ATS injectors are HUGE bigger than anything DD sells and probably bigger than their race injectors. They are big enough that I loose some hp that I could get w/smaller injectors. They are meant for drugs. I run a B1 which flows a good bit more than your HX40.
Kurt and I have done lots of testing and to date with a B1 on an ETH and no drugs/propane boost*10=hp (+/- 10hp)

when i did my testing the boost was off about 5psi with your formula. i didn't realize that you had spent that much time on the dyno sense you got your new parts.
at the 500hp level with a eth, with a timing box and fueling box the timing will only net around 10hp. feel free to do your own tests on the dyno, but i'm sure you will find the same thing.
as far as those injectors being much larger than anything else out there, i would say you have a long way to go before you even get close. i wish you luck it gets harder and harder to make power the higher you get.
i'm glad you like your fms box. but for me it seemed silly to buy 2 box's when 1 will do the same thing. most people already have guages so that's not a issue. besides it is a big bulky package.
