Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Blue Chip Pump Cover&cracked board

I got the same codes (P 0253 & P 0500) when I installed my Blue Chip Cover. I just unplugged the black plug on the ECM and the codes went away, but sometimes I get a slight stumble at around 40-45 MPH and if I'm coasting along and then floor the accelerator, the truck doesn't do anything for about 1-2 seconds. Could this be due to a cracked board as well? If my COMP is off, then I don't notice the hesitation, but the stumble is still there.

this problem started with reflash that my dealer did with my ufm hooked up



I dont think this had anything to do with the cover



my pickup worked great for 6 months then :--)
