Bought and installed the blue face fuel management system in june. After installation, there was not much change in performance. After some tinkering, it was sent back to chip fisher and he said there was an internal problem(bad diode) and it was only making about 10% of what it should have. He repaired the box and sent it back. It had tons more power and all ran awesome.

The problem

After 3 days it went back to the original levels of about 10% and makes very low boost. One the phone, Chip seems to be not interested in making this right and either replacing the box or refunding money. It is hard to have over 1000$ dollars into a fuel management system that is not performing the way it should. I have always held blue chip and Chip Fisher as one of the most knowledgeable VP guys around, but customer service is really missing in this case. Is there any ideas on where to go next or what to do in this situation.

After having to cut into wiring, there are not very many options left. To remove this box and send it back again, requires splicing a harness to return to stock. I have already made Deutsch style plugs, but this is no fun. There answer was we don't have 30,000$ to have plugs made for our products. My thoughts are Edge, Bullydog, Smarty and other brands out there do, so why am I staying with what is not working.

Have you been talking to Chip personally? Last time I spoke with him regarding a friends truck I was trying to figure out, he was throwing the towel in and turning the keys over to a long time employee of the company. That's a real shame if that's the direction the customer service is headed with them.

I think the refund is unrelated. I do not want to see any bad happen to blue chip, just would like a result, which they said they would do.
