Blue Chip: VP44 Pump Tester?

Does anybody have one of these? I was just wondering how it works and exactly what it does? It is listed in their ad in issue 28.

It is my understanding that the Injection Pump Tester plugs into the harness as "Blue Box" and instantly determines if fuel information is going to the fuel solenoid to diagnose a failed VP44 Bosch pump. I also believe it is less expensive than other testers and very easy to use.
Call Chip, he has always been very patient and helpful... .
