Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Blue & white smoke - Bad injector?

My '93 FL70 box truck with the 190HP and P7100 pump started to spew out a huge amount of blue and white smoke today upon startup. It doesn't happen continuously and the truck can sometimes idle without smoking at all. Temp outside was 40*. Truck seems to run ok when warm, but starting is real tough and there doesn't seem to be as much power lately. Checked the oil and couldn't see any evidence of water. Oil level is normal. Could this be a bad injector? Can I use the stock injectors from my '96 Dodge (Auto 180HP) without doing harm? Thanks for all replies.

If it's a cool weather problem on startup, it could be something as simple as a grid heater relay. When the engine is cold, pop the hood and locate the nuts on the grid heater cables. Clean & tighten all of them, and then have someone turn the switch to "on" without starting the engine. Take a voltage tester, and check the cables or nuts at both grids. See if the tester cycles, if one of them isn't working, and it's cold, it will start hard with blue/white smoke, & run rough till it warms up a little. In my case, one of the two grid heater relays quit working.
