Is their anybody out that is blueprinting these things for just better and more efficient atomization?? NOt looking for more horsepower just better ways to increase MPG's

I believe Dynomite Diesel has what you are looking for.

Dynomite Diesel -

I thought they had a "ecomony" nozzle with about 25 hp increase, but I didn't see it here:confused:

These are only nozzles. As you can see, complete injectors are quite expensive.

If you look in to after market injectors that are advertised its generally just the tips and they have 50hp tips that are pretty much the best setup for mileage since they are normally honed out stock ones to smooth out the fuel delivery and it helps the spray pattern as well. I maybe a little off but this is what I have seen.

That's what I was thinking too. I will investigate by calling a few companies. I didn't want them to think I was smokin' crack with a question like that. Thanks for all the help .

I believe there are some companies (F1, II, DDP, etc. ) that offer "beefed up" injectors. These should last longer and tolerate more abuse, but they are pricey. If all you want is better mileage and performance and are not trying to set a hp record, nozzles should do find as long as your injectors are in good shape.
