More "Domino Effect" - and still more to come!

So it looks like I'm going to be doing a lot of my own body work #@$%! I've decided that I will avoid plastic body filler like the plague and go with body soldering/filling instead. Although I have worked the plastic stuff, I have zero experience with using metal. My question is: should I go with the leaded or the lead-free filler? I've heard that the lead-free stuff is a bit harder to work because it's harder physically, but in my mind, the ability to use power tools would mitigate that.

Anyone have any input?

Thanks

Vic

I would think that adhesion is more dificult with the metal filler just because you have to get every bit of paint, oil, and oxidation off of the surrounding part. Lead is always easier to work with and alternatives are harder which is why we didn't start using them in the first place.
