Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Bolt Sealer NV 4500

Hi,



I am about to cahnge my own lube in NV 4500. I have went to FT Wth and bought a gallon.



My question is... . after you drain the lube from bottom bolt in PTO. . you are supposed to seal bolt when reinstallating. .



What is reccomended for this?? RTV???



Also what about the PTO covers themselves, if they are removed completly??



Time limits on any of this to dry before I drive??
