OK! Now you guys are over here. I posted this on the other thread about litf pumps. It's about drilling out the banjo bolts. Go to http://dodgeram.org/ram_frame.html click on "articles" then @ the Tech Menu click on "diesel" go to the bottom of that page to "More Power". Then scroll down to the section about "If I bomb do I need larger fuel lines".

TV , pics are up .

Turbo Terry , email me on the bolt swap , i can have a set ready to go on monday .

arar , it took me a while to find that and it has some misinformation , at least as related to the 2000 i have , the holes in the bolt on the injection pump are the same as those on the other bolts , and so was the 99 i got a set of bolts to modify first , all . 128 , i drilled them to . 199 (#8) and you could probably go to 13/64 (. 203). also note that the hole in the center of the bolt is barely 9/32 (. 281) while line id is . 312 , i drilled out the bolts to 21/64 (. 328) as the holes these bolts screw into are larger than that . i also chamfered all the holes to aid flow , this all netted me 2psi pressure increase and arcticat confirmed this when he did his .

the other thing wrong in that little blurb is this is only good for a moderately bombed cummins ie as tested so far ,(275's and a VA or EZ box), add a fueling box that attaches post electronics and the pressure drops to nothing at wide open throttle , i have yet to keep it above 5 with the banjo bolts and a fueling box ( i have a HOT PE).
