BOMBing Day in Omaha area?

I am sure I am early on this because everyone is ready to go to KC this weekend, but is anyone interested in doing some work in Oct. ? I am in Lincoln and don't have the space, tools or knowledge to host but would like to get together for something before it gets too cold, and to install some gauges.

Any interest?

We'll be down in Lincoln the weekend of October 16th if anything can get pulled together for then. We could stock up on some parts and give a discount on them if we know what people would be interested in before we came down from MN.

Is anyone interested in a work day before it gets cold. I could do one at my house, if specialty tools were brought by others. I have most basic tools and trying to add everyday. Any interrest?

I would be interested in an Omaha day, opposed to driving to Lincoln. I have some parts to donate if anyone wants them. (black diamond plate bed rail caps, soft bed cover and a stock pillar cover w/spkr. )

Did you not like the black bed rail covers? I am trying to find a good place to purchase these and thought maybe you had a problem with them or did not like them for some reason? Don't want to purchase something if others have had any problem with them.

I've got a shop and tools in Lincoln if anybody is interested. I don't think the boss would have any problem with it. Won't be able to do it for a while though, the next two weekends are deer season and then turkey day, but after that would be good. Maybe sometime in December?

I would be interested in Dec, but it is a busy time of year for many. Plus I go black powder deer hunting in Dec!

What about Jan right after the first of the year?

I am interested as well. I would hope someone has the know-how and the tools to help me drill the manifold for a egt gauge probe. Been putting this off for too long. The gauge is already installed, it is a new (different) manifold.

Wow we are actually getting some people interested in a gtg in NE... ?!!

I would assume that people will be busy for the next month or 2, so would anyone be interested in a gtg after the first of the year, maybe a new years gtg/BOMBing day?

Is there sometime in Jan that would work for most? Sat or Sun I assume.

JesseJ is there a day of the week that would work better for the shop if we could use it?

I'd be interested in attending a BOMBing day, if I don't have to work that weekend. I work every other weekend, so 50-50 chance for me to be able to attend.

I have a 3 gauges I would like installed sometime... EGT and boost guage (one unit) , and a high pressure and a low pressure fuel guage. Also got an Oil PSI guage, but not in a hurry for that one yet.



If I don't get a chance to put them in, thats fine, I'd be happy just to see what others are doing to their trucks.
