I'm installing 5" exhaust, a PE4200 stree/strip fuel pump from rip at source automotive, and his mach 2 105 hp injectors. QUESTION: Will my existing Diablo power puck interfere with the new injectors, or just add to the pleasure? Also, Will the banks turbo housing & Ram intake cover the needed boost of the Mach 2's?

Guess I need a SB clutch too, Eh?

Yes you will need a clutch, I went with the OFE

new clutch - for sure!

I put an Edge EZ into an otherwise stock truck with 93,000 miles ... . set it to #2; went out to test it ... slipped the clutch in less then a half an hour. Now I have to drive very carefully so the clutch last until the SBC gets to be put in next week. I went with SBC Con O.

Get the clutch first!

I would get the clutch first. Believe me once you slip the clutch, it only gets worse. I am babying mine till it goes in the shop for the replacement clutch

LStanphill,

I have almost the same setup that you have. I have the PE4200 pump, Mach injectors, and the power puck. Yes, the clutch is gone when you put the injectors in. Mine was fine when I just had the puck, but when I added injectors, it slipped the very same day. You do not have to reprogram the puck. It works fine with the injectors. I think your turbo will be ok too, because I just had to add a boost fooler to my stock turbo and it kept EGT's in check.

Fuel Pressure

What kind of fuel pressure are you seeing with the PE 4200? Is it mounted back by the tank? How loud is it? I'm looking into a pusher but am not sure what tye to go with.

Thanks

Fuel Pressure

I don't have a fuel gauge. (I need one), but it seems to be working fine. You can hear the pump, but it is not loud. And yes, it is mounted right next to the tank.
