Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Bombs with the Engine Out?

While the engine is out ( 2001 HO 3500) I did the whole under body of the truck with Herculiner, moved both Optimas to the driver side and put on the bracket for a future FASS system.

Painted the NV 5600 and block Signature Red, put bigger magnets in transmission and oil pan.



Any body else got any ideas? I was thinking some insulation or spray foam type insulation maybe?

Yeah I would toss in a cam being the motor is out and all.

Sound deaden the firewall too with a Dynamat extreem or the like too!

The engine? How about Piers cam, Piers Twins with the HX-40 16 as the little one, Van Haisley Fire Rings ( them big . 105 muthas')

Super mentals, TST PMax and Schied Hard Ano. Comp. Pistons. 5" exhaust Stacks... ... You would be proud.

I bombed the daylights out of my truck and so far the best has to be dynamatting the back cab wall , inside doorskins , and floor areas. BAR NONE. Now if I had the Luxury of oh say an engine out on a stand getting ringed , groved , camed , and Painted I would definatly look into doing this very mod.

Hang on a sec... ..... ... . you mean there is a truck involved with our engines? I was thinkin' that the Thing surrounding the Cummins was a portable crate that was in the shape of a truck.



Kinda funny when ya think about that. Do we really see the TRuck part of the truck ... . Kinda like the same way a Doctor sees a Naked Patient ..... just a bunch of parts that work well.

Yes, indeed Some naked patients are much prettier than others though A Cummins by itself is a beautiful thing. Like the man said, its covered up by a portable crate
