I have tried to research this subject on this site but I can't find anything that pertains to my particular situation, or I just don't know how to search because of my limited computer skills. Here is the story: when I step on the go peddle my boost will jump to 30lbs then drop to 20lbs then back to 28lbs then drop to 20lbs and then to 22lbs and sit there, also the boost doesn't seem to build as quickly as it used to. Not only have I lost power but 2 mpg also. I thought that it maybe bad fuel so I changed the fuel filter with a new tank of fuel with injector cleaner. This hasn't changed anything though. Removing the BDDL doesn't change anything either. Thanks for the assistance.

Check your intercooler clamps, you may have one that is loose, this will cause a boost leak and lower boost and higher egt's.

Is your pyro reading higher than normal?

I too am going with the same bug. But a tad different I suppose. I can still kill 36 PSI and hold it with the edge on the truck but since I am having some warranty issues arise with my Tstat I have taken the edge off the truck. I do know that its not holding 30 psi at all now. It will hit it and fluctuate and finally settle around about 25-27 psi. Not good when your haulinass. #@$%! I will be very interested to see the outcome of this.

It has been brought to my attention that the fuel rail relief valve may be bad. I m going to check the rail valve to see if it is leaking. I will let you know what I find out.
