Boost Cooler from Snow Performance

Hi everybody, I do have some Q. about this snow performance boost cooler.

How do you guys like it ? I like to use it for towing, how to perform for that ? How much water this system use like average ? Or any other pro's and con's ? My main reason is to lower EGT, but because of the high price, I'm not sure , to buy this water injector or bigger turbo will be better choice.

I'm thinking about stage 1 system. THX

I would go with the stage 2 system. The variable controller makes tuning a snap and you can set the injection times to control your overall water output so the tank full will last. EGT drop is very good under substained load.

Little confuse, on the web site, they list both with variable controller. Stage II is recomended for HP over 450. What is a difference in controllers ? And they list two stage II systems

I would go with the 220 psi version due to you wont be able to control your hunger for more ponies!

I have the stage I kit with the stage II variable controller. At your power levels, if you get the stage II kit, you will have to turn the pump WAY down, as it will be pushing more fluid that your truck can handle.



Also, if you are getting it for EGT cooling as the primary, you will need to get a larger tank. Minimum of 5 gallons. Either the one he (Matt Snow) sells, some sort of fuel cell, or RV/marine holding tank.
