Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Boost Effects

Mark 1 injectors raised my boost to about 24psi but the EGT's also went up to 1300+(under heavy load).

If I blocked to turbo wastegate to get 26-28psi (With a boost fooler) what effect would it have on the EGT's? Would they go up or down?

If you have an HX 35 that should work great but if you have the HY 35 you will need a JO hook or turnbuckle.

I have both a J Hook and a turnbuckle. What I want to know is what will happen if I use one?
