They have a nice idea with the combo, but it needs work. I could not keep the boost hose attached to the back of the gauge, as it is very Mickey Mouse the way it connects, as it just pushes on. What a pain, going down the highway & suddenly ppssssssst when the hose blows off. Pull over and remove the A pillar to repair. Tried many ways to keep it on, and eventally they all failed. Plus the barb is plastic, & if you're not careful it will break.

I'm not to worried about the ebay seller with a 100% rating and 120+ items i'm sure its on the up and up It may the wifes ebay account. thanks for the input, I think i will try my luck.

I've had the boost/egt combo gauge from Wesach on mine for over 4 years, never had a problem with the hose blowing off the gauge back. It did pop off the horn fitting once though a small wire tie solved that. I put one on the barb fitting on the back of the gauge when I installed it.

I've been running the Westach dual combo EGT/boost gauge since late 2001. 2 small tie wraps pulled tight on the hose will keep it on the barb fitting.

I've run Westach gauges on both my CTD's. The dual boost/egt gauge has worked without any problems. That gauge sells for $200 at Geno's, so if you can pick it up on ebay, you might save over half. You will have to buy a thermal couple ($36 at Geno's) but it still might be a good deal. I also installed FP gauges on both trucks. On the 2001 it was almost a necessity, due to lift pump failures. On the 2005 it may not be as necessary, but it's nice to look at it and see if I might be having a problem with the fuel filter. Have fun... :)
