Have a 2009 6. 7 how much boost are these trks building?

Where to find spots for boost and egt sensors for gauges?

before or after the turbo?

looked at pics of the 06 install are they the same for 09?

any ideas thanks in advance.

Stock engines can build up to 28 PSI of boost pressure if I remember correctly.

EGT'S can be as high as 1500F under regen and normal driving can be around 900F.

I would say that the 09 engine is the same as the 08 engine since they are both the same 6. 7L engine. I would suggest that you do a search for TDR issue 61, look up the article on the 6. 7L HP CR, on page 36. In this article they show you how to mount and were to install the Boost and EGT gage probes. Then on page 37, the article goes on to provide more instructions on how to mount the gage pod and probes.

My gage mount is on the A-pillar which is a three pod mount. The article shows a dash mount you can also mount above the mirror.
