Where do you tap the factory charger to put a fitting to limit the boost and do away with the electronic acuator also where would you find a 40psi fitting?

you can run a seperate line from the intake manifold or where ever you are getting your boost signal for your boost gauge

Unless I am mistaken the boost is pulled from the map sensor so most of the boxes change the boost figure electronicaly{spelled wrong} the edge box incorporates all of the guages and performance at on time. I do not see where fooling the boost would make a difference. Kevin

When your boost fool (Via the map sensor and ecm) your signal to the electronic wastegate actuator is lost and your turbo runs some high boost #'s that will kill it.

BD66, Do just like Llyod says, get a boost source from the manifold, run the line to the turbo and you can splice it into the WG actuator. You can find the brass adjustable WG elbows at most diesel go fast shops and there all over ebay for the 15. 00 go fast part of the century!

Ditto on TST. they source up a boost bolt, some 1/8th inch boost tubing, an adjustable boost elbow and a hose clamp. you will pull the wastegate line off the turbo at teh electronc actuator and hook uup the boost elbow just like any other truck. Now your wastegate will be actualted manually by boost pressure instead of electronically by the actuator.

I've got analog and the Attitude monitor so I've already tapped into the intake. Do you think I can just tee into the existing line for the boost gauge without having my readings go nuts when the gate opens.

I think so. All your boost gauges is is a spring loaded diaphram atached to a mechinism, calibrated, but basically that. Same for the wastegat, spring loaded diaphram. I think you'll be fine.
