I have an older VA box without the boost fooler built in.

Does anyone know how to rig up a fooler for the MAP sensor.

My guess is that most of the ones sold for $59-150 are nothing more than a resistor to limit the MAP signal to the ecu after 20 psi of boost which in turn causes the ecu to defuel?

Thanks for the help!

Older VA's are 'da bomb  (I Have an Old School Too) Any of which Use the VP44 exclusively and nothing more as they are timing advance only and non't monitor bost to tell it to add fuel. Foolers can be had for less than that of what you speak of tho.

If you use just a resistor it will limit your fueling till you are above factory boost levels... ... ... .
