Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Boost Guage

I want to put a boost guage in my 03 Ram. Where should I put it, and what kind of cost am I looking at. Also, are they hard to install, or do I go to a dealer? 1st time owner!! Thanks in advance!!!
