Why does my mileage suck goats?

Any help installing DD2's or DTT VB? Pictures?

What is the benefits of using a boost module,and what injector would be a good choice with this,not really sure what kind of mods to make to my truck. Thanks for the input. .

towing ??? what and how heavy ???
commuting ????
racing ?????
They all require different approaches to upgrading.

What year, size, engine, trans, 2 wheel drive or 4x4, any present modifications ??????

Dave, when you get ready for a boost module and you don't but a box with one in it then call Gordon @ Practical Solutions, he will hook you up. Pete
 
The primary use for this truck is towing,it has 62,000 miles and it all towing miles,I got the DTT 91%TC and VB on the way,trans starting to shudder in 3rd gear. I already have a VA box has been on since new in Jan. of 2000.
I have read that in order to run bigger injectors you need a boost module,at lease thats what I think it meant.

Dave,

We have almost the same truck except I am a manual. I added the PS boost module to the VA and although it didn't really add power is did wake it up a bit above 2500 rpm. Then I added 275's and it really woke up above 2000. I love this combo for towing.

VA - 18-19 PSI boost EGT=1050
VA/PS - 28-30 PSI boost EGT=950
VA/PS/275's - 30-32 PSI EGT=1050

It is now a whole different truck from 1300 rpm all the way up to fuel cutoff.

I've got an old DD boost module somewhere here. Drop an email if you are interested. Looking for close to $100 if I can get it.

(no elbow available as the jacket it was in got lost on one of my Ca. trips)
