Ordered a boost fooller and a adjustable boost elbow to try and lower egt's.

All Im running is 60 hp jammer injectors. What psi should I set the elbow at

to do the most good and still be safe?? I have an 02 HO I think that should

be a HX35.

With the DD2s and the EZ's data port plug unplugged so that it's just functioning as a boost fooler, my truck would run 30 PSIG and around 1100 degF maximum pre-turbo EGT when towing our 5th wheel.

i think you have a HY35 not an HX, anymore then about 28-32psi of boost you are creating more heat.

1 thing you can do is get rid of the factory air box and the K&N and put a BHAF, it's cheep and you should see -100 in EGT's

35 psi is the most one should run an HX35. With your set up I'd guess 28-30 psi would be about right.

Agreed. You can actually see the pyro start to jump again after boost exceeds about 34-35psi.
