Boost Tap Location?

Want to make sure that the plug to remove for tapping boost pressure is a 1" plug with a 1/2" drive..... TST's directions state that it is a 3/4" plug with a 1/2" drive to remove it. I pulled out the first plug behind the fuel filter and the 3/4" to 1/8" brass adapter supplied to me from TST is to small. The one removed was 1". Is this the correct plug?

I replied to your other post. On my 2001 it's ¾". You have the right location. Remeber that pipe thread is huge. It may measure 1" across but is till considered a ¾" fitting. They sent me 2 adapters 1/8" to 1/2" and the 1/2" to 3/4". Maybe you got shorten the fitting you need.
