HI

I have a 91. 5 intercooled cummins its has a 16cm housing with stock exhaust and 1 full turn on th fuel screw. And i am getting a max of about 15 psi of boost ,,,before turning the pump up , with the 16cm housing on the truck I was getting around 10 psi of boost. to me it seems like my boost psi is too low compaired to other peoples results I went thought and checked the intercooler lines and the only thing left is to pull the intercooler out and pressure test it. but before going through all the trouble i want to make sure that my boost is indeed too low What do ya'll think ??

thanks

Your boost is low. I have a 16cm housing on my truck. With only the fuel pin turned I could make 20 PSI with my H1c. With the HX35 on the truck now it makes 18 PSI.

If the rest of the system checked good. Time to test the intercooler.

Yes I also say your boost is low..... you should be 15 to 20 in stock form.

Checking the intercooler and plumbing for leaks is a good pace to start troubleshooting.

Good luck.

Jay

My is putting out 24 to 25 pounds with just turning the fuel screw and running the 16 cm turbo. Yours looks to be little low.
