Ok hear is the question. what boost levels are you guys seeing on you stock turbo with only a edge comp box. The reson I ask is cus I have a friend that says he is seeing 40 psi on level one of his comp box. he has nothing else done to the truck. thanks alot.

wow

Chamberlain,

when i first purchased my drag comp with nothing else but twin 5' stacks all i could swing was about 35-37 on 5. on level one 40 psi is a little much. thats something new for me my 2 buddys have the same reports also. with the setup i have now i am able to swing 48-50 easily on stock turbo, but also when you get the stock one that high its just a matter of time before it gives out, anything over 30 for a stock 35 is stressing it or so ive been told. i sure dont know what to say about your friends 40 psi level 1. Jeremy

So his waste gate is stuck? SNOKING

Snoking, i bet your right. still he doesnt have the fueling capabilitys of big injectors but that sounds like the problem STUCK WASTEGATE!!!!! Chamberlain have him check it out... ... Jeremy

I can hit 40 psi at 2000' or lower under good circumstances, only on 5x5, usally it is more like 35-38... might want to check his gauge, even if the waste gate was stuck it seems a little far fetched to hit 40 on level one, I think it takes a little more fuel than that.
