Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Boost

I read somewhere that if u block of the signal to the afc housing that the system will not fuel on the upper end. I think I instaled a plug with my #10 plate. Does this seem right?

You should plug the boost to the turbo, not the Afc!!!

You want to install a boost elbow it is either a preset or adjustable. Simply plugging the wastegate will or can cause overboost (I am not familiar with your turbo) It will overboost the stick turbo. plugging the afc will result in not fueling.
