Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) bosch 300 injectors

I'm new to this whole diesel thing but have been reading here for about a year and am starting to figure this "bombing" thing out I think. I have read alot on the 275rv injector and recently saw a 300 bosch injector but can't find anything on them. I will be towing as opposed to racing or dynoing. Anybody know about these and the hp to expect from them?

300 injectors from Bosch are for the 12 valve engines.

that is what I thought at first but have seen them advertised on several web sites as being for the 24v including ATS/Utah diesel

According to their site, the 300 24v injectors are extrude honed, not stock 300s.

From what I know Bosch makes 180, 215, 275, 300 and 370 hp injectors for the 12v. I know that aftermarket companies have modified injectors to almost any HP number you want. The 24v injectors are not compatible with the 12v's. The biggest injectors that Bosch made for our 24v motors came in the 2002 HO motor.

I think you mean the smallest.

How about the highest stock hp rated injectors.

The high hp rating came from the injection pump that was used. The injector orifices were not the biggest. The 275s are the biggest Bosch made, but Diesel Dynamics and others offer bigger injectors, of various prices, quality of balancing, flow, etc.
