What you are recomending by sliding the whole housing forward is as simple as it sounds. Loosen off the 4 bolts that hold the housing on and move it forward? These are the same ones I removed when installing my TST kit? Never really looked, but I didn't know the housing was adjustable. Guess it will only take a minute. I'll give it a shot, because I have quite a lag when starting from a standstill and before boost comes up.
