bought new trailer...no running lights?

When I was hauling my sister s stuff from Colorado, the idiots at the UHAUL place, connected the running lights to a ground so I kept blowing the running fuse.

Called the repair dept and when the tech showed up, He looked at the wiring and spotted the prob right away.

Said this was the third trailer in the last two weeks they did this to.

Might be worth checking.

I've got an '06 Mega Cab. Hooked up my trailer today and found no Left Turn signal and no Left Brake light on the trailer. All truck lights are fine. All fuses are OK. All connections are OK. Could it be the TIPM? Where is the TIPM & how is it reset?

You cant reset it yourself and it's hard to find a tech at a dealership that knows anything about them. If you do find a tech that knows them, he'll have to use a scan tool to clear the code in the TIPM.
