Apples falling allready

Any Archers out there ?

Anyone else sick of seeing them? They must have a 1000% markup to afford to advertise at every commercial break, lately I've see them twice during the same commercial break. WTF?

Just about wore the lettering off the mute button :D

Yeah, really annoying, there was another home gym that over did it as far as comercials. Remember "Soloflex" That stupid commercial was on constantly. There were even 30 minute infomercials on late at night for it too.

Bowflex and Miss Cleo should team up to save some advertising bucks. I see ads for used Bowflex quite often in my local newspaper, usually says, "only used to hang clothes on".

I saw this muscled up beast actually using one on TV and he was struggling with only two resistant arms attached - or whatever they call those flexible things.

Just what I need for my wife so she can put it in a garage sale next year for $10.

My bro and his wife bought one about a year ago. He's used it twice. She uses it constantly but she doesn't look like the babes on the infomercials. It takes up an enormous amount of space.

I suspect the markup is much greater than 100% to fund all of those commercials. The babe on the comercials sure looks good though.

Bow flex ?

Twenty min a day x three days a week for six weeks = six hrs and look like the the folks in the adds . WOW wee :{ Ron Bissett in LOUISVILLE KY P. S is that B. F or B. S?

OMG

I would buy one of those things if they promised to quit advertising them on EVERY DAMN CHANNEL direct TV offers.

jeesh... ... ... who do we call??

just wait until someone elses wife does the same thing and pick one up at a garage sale for $10;)

I'm tired of them too but they work. I bought one ( from the TV commercial) and the most exercise I got was assembling it. The price was $995 plus $75 shipping. After about 2 months of looking at it I put an ad in the paper and sold it to the first caller for $1050 and bought a PE Comp:D I had at least 20 additional calls. These thing are a hot item on E Bay and sell for more than the TV ad which has a six week waiting list. If you see one at a garage sale grab it, you can make some quick money.

Tom, at least your heart rate goes up with the COMP. I kinda like that little hard body in the commercials, not the guy and anyway thats what the remote is for.

flex the bow

Yea, the commercials are a little much my wife & I smile and change the channel alot.

We use the Bowflex every other day, it does help. Keeps the muscles and joints limber. After I broke my leg, two months in a walking boot, we got one. Hated the gym prices and travel. Saying motivated to get on the thing is hard, but the benefits are the best. Neither one of us look like the tv models, you won't get that way unless you train HEAVY, we uses it to tone and strengthen our aging bodies. :D For a cardio workout we take the truck for a spin Oo.
