Bowers Hi Idle for 12 valve?

Harold stop making 12 valve fast idle kits over solenoid troubles.

I haven't seen one of those kits yet, so I don't know if this idea will work. The 6. 9L/7. 3 IDI Ford diesel engines have a solenoid to bump up the idle 'til it warms up enough. It is attached to the fuel injection pump.

He's a good guy. I had a solenoid go bad on mine. The solenoid does not hold up to vibration very well. He did send me a new one.

With the 3 k rpm kit. The motor when cold will start out at 900 rpm. After a couple minutes the rpm will run up to 1400 rpm.
