Recently I went to fill my air bags for towing. Because mine are aftermarket, I have two valve stems.
I decided to measure a side so that I knew what normal level was before I put air in them. I measured from ground up to the high point of the wheel flare. I decided to check the opposite side and it's a full inch difference.

I took it it in to the dealer today and they shimmed the front right box corner so it's the same distance when looking at the box line against the bottom of the rear window, however, when I measured from the ground to the top of the box at each rear corner, it's still 3/4" difference.

I asked the service manager "How can this be as the box floor sits directly on the frame rails"?

He scratched his head and said "I don't know!"

I told him, I'm concerned that if they shim the box on one side, with my 5th wheel hitch bolted through the box to the frame rails, it's going to cause a different issue.

I can't stand it when I hook up to my 5th wheel and look out my rear window and see the gap between the box and the 5er nose narrowing from right to left.

Am I being to anal about this?
Could the frame be twisted?

It's a brand new truck and built in a factory under controlled conditions!

Something is wrong, make them find it, not band aid it! Maybe it is just time to have them order that new truck with an Aisin!!!!

It is pretty common to have them off side to side. And no the frame isn't bent. Most of the time it is the spring pack. Most trucks and cars have specific springs on each corner based on options in the build. In service they only have a couple choices. I would have them swap the springs side to side. Or just don't be so anal about it. And since you have bags, instead of driving yourself crazy, just level it some with the bags.
The only way to check it is to measure the curb height. No other dimensions are provided except for the frame, and that is only good if your checking it on a frame machine. There is no specification to check the height at the wheel wells.

It's not the bed or a bent frame, so get rid of the shims. Like sag says, it will have something to do with the springs. Did you measure the front side to side like I suggested in your other thread? If you don't respond to members suggestions/help, none of us can help because we don't know what you did or didn't do. Like I said before an inch is a lot and could be caused by either end. The end with the most mismatch will be the one to check. The part numbers should still be on all the springs, run a check on that and make sure they are right.

I normally find a broken spring when the bed is not level. This broken spring can be found on the higher side.

I measured the front. Less than 1/8" from side to side.

Cool, the front is okay then. Maybe someone on here can measure their new truck and see what it is. All mine are low on the left side due to age. Maybe the new ones have a built in offset to allow for the left side to take the heavier weight? I would guess if you measure the top of the axle to the bottom of the frame the difference will be much less, maybe 1/4-1/2" if so that is probably okay. Maybe we are just freaking out over nuthin:D
