I ran their 3 flows and a nozzle tip broke off 250 miles from home late in the winter night. Cost me $500 to tow, then Jerolyn B Williams, think he goes by Brady, had the balls to charge me for a new injector and labor to install it reneging on his word that defects would be covered. That was the 3rd time they had failed. The 1st and 2nd failure were caused by the back yard mechanic Robert of Performance Chips of Utah - improper installation. Filled the crank case with diesel. The fourth and last time another injector went south I had to pay Cummins $2000 for all new ones. Altogether, cost me over $5000 so I just got rid of the truck. I still have the p. o. s 'three flow' injectors which do their best collecting dust. Spread the word, unethical and disreputable business practices should not be tolerated. Performance Chips of Utah (Robert)and Industrial Injection (Brady) ARE white collar thiefs and I am a victim of their crime which they call 'work'.

so you bought THREE sets of those injectors?! or did he take care of you the first two times they failed? maybe he was tired of giving away money because of an inept installer?

Sorry to here about your problems. When you do mods it's best to do them your self unless you'r lucky enough to have a good shop that knows diesel performance near by.

The injectors you have. Are they the whole injector or just the tips? I wouldn't mind having some spare injectors if you want to get rid of some.

Chris, I hate to say it, but from what I'm reading you've got no beef with Industrial injection. You said yourself that the first two failures were a result of improper installation. How is this II's fault? You say the third was a defect, based on what? Somehow I doubt II would have charged you for the parts if it was a defect. I think you're gonna find support for your cause non-existent as II has an excellent reputation around here. Now if you like to come back with some facts as to what else really happened I'm sure we'd all like to know. And I bet II will weigh in on this one.

If your issue is all related to injectors, why sell the truck? Why not get some stock injectors or injectors from another source. Again, I think your not being forthcoming with ALL the facts.

I've had nothing but good experiences working with Industrial Injection. Love my 3-flows too!

On the otherhand when I was researching performance shops to work with when I first started BOMBing the Performance Chips place was the #1 and only shop in Utah most mentioned to avoid.

I would sell my truck to if I filled the crank case with diesel 3 times. - Happened once to a buddy of mine, replaced injectors - truck ran great for 2000 miles, then his truck started to run like #%# - scored cylinders - now he does not have the funds or warranty to repair it.

Did I say I would SELL the Truck.

At it again

Kringle once again fails to mention the absurd lack of maintenance and unsightly mechanical and physical abuse the truck we had installed injectors in was subjected to. I will find a way to post the digital pics of this truck that looked as if it were a human, it would have been a crackhead bum that didnt know what a bar of soap was. You are a real genius!

P. S. If your going to hack on us Kringle, learn how to spell our name. Also, why would you disgrace someone who brings so much joy to everyone once a year by calling your self that? I think the name Dirty Sanchez fits you much better.

I think Industrial Injection has one of the best customer services goin. They always tell us if it doesn't work like you thought it would send it back. They stand behind what they sell. There the Dave Goerend of the turbo bussiness. Just my . 02. Thanks Steve B.

Chris, you are so far out of line, I feel I need to put my 2 cents in.

Look up Supreme Customer Service in the dictionary and you will see a photo of Brady at II next to it. (along with Aaron's photo from Edge).

I bought a SPS 66 a few months ago, and was having some strange problems with it. After talking to Brady, he offered to immediatly send me a new one. I declined and told him I would be in SLC in a few weeks on a Sunday. What did he offer? He gave me his address to his personal home. I got to meet the family, tour the home, and then take a few rides in his truck and Brett's truck. All while football games were on the big screens in the basement (meaning I was taking from his personal time on a weekend. ). Hell, I was even invited to stay over for dinner with the family.

Then on Monday, I took another sps66 home to install in my truck (works awesome) and I sent back the old one. (and he didn't hit my credit card either for having two turbos).

I have numerous emails from him and phone calls, all with regards to his extra effort to make me a happy customer. He WENT over the line of duty to make sure I was happy with my purchase after he had my money. I was very impressed.

Seems to me you don't tell all the story that needs to be told.

So he doesn't like to maintain his truck?

How does a bar of soap keep a tip from breaking off.

(Not trying to stir the pot, just want to know how a tip broke off)

So if a tip broke off, it must of done some damage to the motor... Did you replace the injectors and let the unsuspecting (new) owner finr out that he had to replace the motor?

Just trying to understand.

Now that is funny, post the photos.

I thought a dodge on drugs meant it was on NOS. .

Blah Blah Blah Roberta . . . . , you have no integrity. Leave my presence.

Paid Performance Chips to install injectors. Ran them with Bullydog 110 hp box, and that's it. Few thousand miles later white smoke spewed from the crankcase vent tube, checked oil, 5 gallons total in crankcase. Turns out Roberta installed them improperly. He took it back apart and claimed fixed. Same thing a few thousand miles later, gallons of diesel in the crankcase. Took it back again, told him while he had it apart checking the seals, I would like to go with bigger injector nozzles so gave him more money. Ran those for a bit, then a nozzle tip broke on the way home from a trip. Hundreds of miles from home, in the night. Truck spewed white smoke and acted like a broken connecting rod. Had it towed directly to Industrial Injection, Brady said he'd take care of it if the part was defective. He did not, claimed it was Perf. Chips fault, even though he told me a nozzle tip had fractured. Industrial Injections nozzle tip fractured, I would call that a defect. I had to pay Brady like $500 just to get my truck out of his possesion, after I just paid $500 to have it towed the night before. Few weeks later, same white smoke problem, and erratic idle. I told Perf. Chips I wanted a refund, that's when Robert told me to basically F off. Claimed he took pics of a dirty air filter and bald tires on the rear, guess some how it was my fault. Blah Blah Blah Van Otten. I've hammered on my new truck twice as hard for over 60000 miles and not one single f'in problem Roberta. The difference in the equation is your not in it.

So I took it to Cummins and paid them $2000 to put all new injectors in and got rid of the truck incase the integrity of the bottem end had been compromised, bearings running with diesel in them, etc. That's the gist of the story. If you think I'm withholding info. then take your truck to Performance Chips and roll the dice.

I'm not looking for anyones support or favor, I'm ******! They cost me over $5000 directly and at least that much in down time (Roberta never has your truck done on time either!) and new vehicle costs.

If you work hard for your money and want a good product, avoid the two previously mention vendors. Get a knowledgable mechanic, someone who finished high school preferably, and there are definately better injectors than Industrial Injections!

Robert, Brett should fire your sorry butt, oh and your truck is ugly as sin too - just like your character.

Caveat Emptor Buyer Beware! Buyer Beware!

Quick, someone, hid all the sharp knifes in Santa's home. Santa is going postal.

Santa, based on your crude replies which are filled with so much anger, I don't think I'd refund your money either.

I can confidently say, if I asked Brady for a refund on my turbo, the check would be in the mail overnight.

But then again, I treat people as I want to be treated. Maybe you should try the concept.

your pressure box probably killed them... it would kill the stock injectors too...

timing and duration only... seen pressure boxes take out lots of 3rd gen sticks

Looks like your making friends around here Robert Van Otten the Third.

If anyone cares they are three flow injectors for the 305hp/555tq engine. Entire injectors, from an '03, few thousand miles . . .
