Blah Blah Blah Roberta . . . . , you have no integrity. Leave my presence.
Paid Performance Chips to install injectors. Ran them with Bullydog 110 hp box, and that's it. Few thousand miles later white smoke spewed from the crankcase vent tube, checked oil, 5 gallons total in crankcase. Turns out Roberta installed them improperly. He took it back apart and claimed fixed. Same thing a few thousand miles later, gallons of diesel in the crankcase. Took it back again, told him while he had it apart checking the seals, I would like to go with bigger injector nozzles so gave him more money. Ran those for a bit, then a nozzle tip broke on the way home from a trip. Hundreds of miles from home, in the night. Truck spewed white smoke and acted like a broken connecting rod. Had it towed directly to Industrial Injection, Brady said he'd take care of it if the part was defective. He did not, claimed it was Perf. Chips fault, even though he told me a nozzle tip had fractured. Industrial Injections nozzle tip fractured, I would call that a defect. I had to pay Brady like $500 just to get my truck out of his possesion, after I just paid $500 to have it towed the night before. Few weeks later, same white smoke problem, and erratic idle. I told Perf. Chips I wanted a refund, that's when Robert told me to basically F off. Claimed he took pics of a dirty air filter and bald tires on the rear, guess some how it was my fault. Blah Blah Blah Van Otten. I've hammered on my new truck twice as hard for over 60000 miles and not one single f'in problem Roberta. The difference in the equation is your not in it.
So I took it to Cummins and paid them $2000 to put all new injectors in and got rid of the truck incase the integrity of the bottem end had been compromised, bearings running with diesel in them, etc. That's the gist of the story. If you think I'm withholding info. then take your truck to Performance Chips and roll the dice.
I'm not looking for anyones support or favor, I'm ******! They cost me over $5000 directly and at least that much in down time (Roberta never has your truck done on time either!) and new vehicle costs.
If you work hard for your money and want a good product, avoid the two previously mention vendors. Get a knowledgable mechanic, someone who finished high school preferably, and there are definately better injectors than Industrial Injections!
Robert, Brett should fire your sorry butt, oh and your truck is ugly as sin too - just like your character.
Buyer Beware!
