Bracket for CB radio came last night

I got my bracket to mount the CB radio In my 2004 Dodge truck and Its nice. :-laf The truck Is out In the other garage and been there for 8 weeks now. I don't drive It In bad weather. Too much trouble to clean up. I got to put the rancho shocks on also but will wait for warmer weather and the roads are not so sloppy. #@$%! I hate It when my truck Is dirty. I get all upset and can't have that.

Kenneth you need to get that truck out of storage an drive it. My truck I may go almost a month without washing it an when I do it looks so much different giving that feeling of when it was new. We all have no guarantees we'll be here tomorrow so enjoy it.



I also have been kicking around the idea of ordering a bracket for my 03, I have a Uniden 2510 and a Cobra 148 in the closet thats been there about ten years now, hope they still work. Just have not decided on what type antenna set up yet.

I got the bracket from Bog Bob and Its well made A bit expensive but well made and works well. On the question I am not getting my truck dirty. I got It our today and wash It and back In the garage all clean up. Tomorrow I will wax It with a Teflon polish that will last 5 years they say???? We will see. I mount the CB antenna on the edge of the hood K40 Is the best.

I got a BIG BOB mount for my 2005 as well. Best money I invested to mount my Cobra 148 As for antennas, I like mounting mine on my BACKRACK (backrack4trucks.com I think) Made a 1500 mile run with BB's CB mount No rattle or anything. Well worth the price!
