brake controler

I was wondering which is the best electric brake controler? I have a 3500 4. 5, duelly, 6sp, and plan to tow 20,000 every once and a while. A friend recomended the Tekonsha Voyager 9030. Any comments on the controler or where to mount it? Pictures Appreciated. thanks Craig

Without question, the BRAKESMART is the best.

It does cost more.

Aound the campgrounds I frequent, there's a lot of Geezers that like the Prodigy. I went cheap in my current truck, but will not when my new one gets in.

I'm looking at getting a new controller too, was shopping today. RV dealer is telling me the most sold is the Tekonsha Voyager. That is what I had in my 02' that I just traded off. What are some things to look for in a controller? The TV was what the RV dealer installed when I got my fifth wheel.

The Prodigy is your best bang for the buck. I have mine and love it, although I have heard the Brakesmart is better.
