Has anyone found an easy location for mounting the controller box inside the cab?

Also has anyone used a remote mounted box with a handheld controller about the size of a computer mouse that can be hung on the dash?

I removed the ashtray (since I don't smoke) and installed it there.

Took some fancy cutting but looks factory. Sorry I don't have access to a digital camera to show you the installation.

Remove two screws securing the knee bolster and mount the controller. Easily visible, easy to reach in an emergency. Casey

I mounted mine (a Prodigy as well) like Casey but put it in the middle so my right knee would not hit it. I have to turn my head to see the readout but I can reach it very easily without looking in the event of an emergency.

Mounting it on the knee bolster could be dangerous. I mounted mine in the lower cubby. It was very easy and if I remove it, nobody will ever notice the hole.

I mounted my Prodigy like Casey, but a little further toward the steering wheel column. I removed the panel it is mounted on, drilled through it and mounted the controller with small bolts and nuts, rather than just screws. Panel is easy to remove, take out two screws at the bottom and pop it out from the top. Mine is hard to read unless I move my head a little to the right, but I did not want it directly in front of my right knee.
