I would like to change my 1995 4x4 automatic 2500 rear drums to 3500 drums. What all will I need to change besides the drums? I have to put new drums on once a year because they warp. I hope the 3500 drums will solve this problem. I also drive down a steep mountain to work every day. This don't help my brake problem. With this brake problem the front wears out very fast also. Thanks for the help.

I have the same truck you have except that I have a very good torque convertor and an exhaust brake. I also live on a steep hill (9%). I get very good brake mileage and peformance because I use my exhaust brake as much as possible.
