ARP Retorque Question

Thay Can't sell it.....

so i just got done with doing the brakes on the front end of my truck and im running into a little disappontment. to start ive done this exact set up on other trucks and have been very happy with it. what i did was install new cryo sloted rotors from a. r. t. called egr and ordered stainless braided lines to replace the ones someone cut that where on my truck. i also got new calipers and new carbon metalic pads and synthetic 5. 1 brake fluid. now what was on the truck when i bought it mind you where cross drilled slotted rotors, whatever seemed to be good pads and stock calipers like mentioned i had installed the braided brake lines. with that set up the brakes felt like a third gen touch the pedal it was firm and positive as the brakes applied. now with the new stuff installed and pretty well bled (flushed a qt+ though it) it feels really spongy and soft not like air where the pedal keeps moving in order to get consistent brake but just soft. im wondering it doesnt make sense to me but im wondering if the brake fluid is doing it. it should all be the same but i just dont know what else it could be. any body have ideas?

never mind guys went out and bled the system put 3 qts through it and push/pulled the fluid through and its better then ever.
