2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Brake Lights Problem

Well when I put on the brakes, Dside is fine Pside is dim & backup Lights come on at same time? for no reason, its like part of the power for the Pside Brake light is going to the backup lights. Truck is in drive. bulbs are good (any ideas)

Sounds like a grounding problem.

is there a easy way to check, I am bad with wire issues ?

Take out one bulb at a time until the problem stops. That is the circuit that is bad.

It was the ground-wire in the bulb harness, where it splices from 2 wires (one from each bulb) into 1 going to the plug. easy fix once you find it Thanks
