Truck is a 97 2500 qclb 4x4. When I step on the pedal about 1/2 the time it's normal, the other 1/2 it feels firm, like the power assist doesn't have full pressure. The brakes work fine, stops good, all even, no grabby ones. I'm not sure whether the booster is getting weak or if the pump is getting bad. I have an FSM but haven't cracked it open on this yet.

Anybody have any ideas?
