2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission brake problem

I replaced my front pads a couple of weeks ago and everything seems to be working fine except my brake light and abs light have been coming on ever since. After I start my truck and move about 50ft. they come on and stay on until I shut it off again. Any ideas on what is going on or where I should start looking.

It may be totally coincidental but I had the same problem and it was a defective speed sensor pick-up on top of the rear axle. $20 lucky guess on my part. Didn't have to pay a dealer to tell me what was wrong.
