Brake proportioning valve

Any idea where to get these nowadays... outside off another truck ?

I agree with DVolk. I would go to Wilwoods site they have an adjustable valve that will allow you to set the bias on the rear brakes. It would give adjustments for towing and non towing. If you ever decide to go to disc brakes on the rear you can also fine tune the rear brakes and is almost a direct fit for the OEM valve - just some minor bending for the brake lines.
